Dunk Elite to make history by hosting first ever development camp for professional dunkers

March 12, 2015

In preparation for the upcoming summer streetball season the best dunkers in the world will descend on the National Institute of Sport in the capital of Morocco this May for close two weeks of tailored training above the rim.

Dunk Elite in association with Marrakchi Conseils and Michlifen Ifrane Suits and Spa are joining forces in hosting this year’s camp with a multi-year joint vision for the sport of dunking in Morocco and around the world.
Dunk Elite’s first visit to the region was nothing but success when last November Canadian Justin ‘Jus Fly’ Darlington showcased his skills on national television, shown across eight Arabic countries, before visiting local schools and basketball clubs in support to the Moroccan grassroots of our sport.

Throughout the camp Dunk Elite athletes will also be exposed to some money-can’t-buy knowledge from the pioneer of professional dunking simply known as the Dunkfather – Kadour Ziani.

In the first of its kind training camp Dunk Elite athletes will go through a series of physical challenges and tests, sport-specific training designed by PrimeStar Sports and its coaches as well as performance analysis on their way to a busy dunk summer around the world.
